IC Frith & Associates has been in business since 1983 and is a top 10
insurance broker by revenue in Australia and New Zealand and one of the largest
warranty service providers in the southern hemisphere. We have a superior
reputation based on traditional service values and have a long-term client base
that proves we are very good at what we do. Our key businesses are general
insurance broking, underwriting agency services and warranty underwriting and
administration services.
We provide professional advice to companies, partnerships, sole traders and
individuals in matters relating to insurance, such as risk identification,
policy selection, risk minimisation and claims administration. We have a simple

IC Frith & Associates are members of the National Insurance Brokers Association

Insurance Brokers in day to day management, expertise and the compilation of a
number of specially written policies for the benefit of our clients.
Our principal office is in Sydney. We also have offices in Melbourne, Brisbane,
Perth and Adelaide. In New Zealand we have offices located in Auckland,
Christchurch and Rangiora. Additionally, we have an international presence in
Singapore, Malaysia, Slovenia and Ireland and have broking affiliates in the USA
and Europe.

General Insurer of the Year Award
This award commenced in 1998 and is now Australia’s most prestigious general
insurance industry recognition as it is voted on by brokerages all over
Australia.Brokerages select the insurer that performs the best overall on a
range of important product and service quality factors. The relevance of these
criteria have been tested and re-tested over a number of years.
Only national insurers operating in the broker market are eligible for inclusion
in the survey. The survey responses are collated by an independent research
company and statistically analysed to determine the winner.
The winner is announced at the opening ceremony of the NIBA Annual Convention in
October each year. The winner has the right to use, NIBA General Insurer of the
Year, in its marketing and promotional activities for one year.
2006's winner is QBE Insurance Australia.
